Baby Loves Disco pt.1

Liam rarely makes a face at me, but thank goodness I caught this one on camera. Liam is a little annoyed because I'm trying to encourage him to get his groove on, on the dance floor. We went to Baby Loves Disco, which was held at the Last Day Saloon. It's a nightclub that got turned into a kid's dance hall for the day. It was pretty awesome. There were tons of healthy snacks, which Liam and I tackled as soon as we got there. There were tons of activities for the kids to do. And the best part, was the dance floor was open to kids of all ages. We got to groove to a bunch of songs from the '70s. We had a blast. And best of all, our pals Jodie and Mia R. were able to join us, all the way from Hannford.

Here, Liam is finally starting to warm up on the dance floor.

Mia was so sweet to continuosly bring Liam dancing props because he was VERY shy on the dance floor. He was the exact opposite from the little miss life of the party. She had no problems darting away from the mommies to dance in circles around the whole dance floor. I was lucky if Liam stood 4 feet away from me. He was much more cautious, but he still enjoyed watching his gal Mia have a great time. Whenever he would lose sight of her, he would ask me, "Where's Mia Rose mommy? I can't find her". Then when he would find her, he would say, "OH! There she is!" with a huge grin on his face.
